Obsidian Lab (ABN 39 477 007 175) respects your privacy and handles personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). This policy explains what we collect through this website, why, and how to contact us about it.

What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form we collect the details you provide: your name, business name, email address, phone number, website, service interest, approximate advertising spend, service area, timeframe and any message you include. We also record the page you submitted from and the time of submission.

Our hosting provider records standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and performance purposes. This website does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, this policy and a cookie notice will be updated first.

Why we collect it

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare the marketing audit you requested.
• To follow up about that enquiry, where you have agreed to be contacted.
• To keep our website secure and understand how it performs.

Where it goes

Enquiries are delivered to our customer relationship management system so we can respond and keep a record of the conversation. The website is hosted on Cloudflare. These providers may store data outside Australia. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@obsidianlab.com.au or calling 0478 924 029. If you have a complaint about how we have handled your information, contact us first and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published at this address.
